Plastic Chemical Resistant Transfer Pumps
|
Sump-Gard
|
Sump-Gard pumps are ideal for the transfer and treatment of process fluids, plant effluents and industrial or municipal water and waste streams. They are available with vortex pump heads to pass sludges, slurries and stringy materials as well as fluids with solids to 3 inches (75 mm) in diameter.

|
| Chem-Gard |
Chem-Gard pumps are heavy-duty and rugged horizontal centrifugal pumps. They are designed, engineered and constructed to handle corrosive, abrasive and other aggressive fluids, as well as those liquids which must remain free of metallic contamination.
Chem-Gard pumps are available in a wide selection of thermoplastics and in ANSI/DIN, self priming, close coupled and integral pump/shaft motor designs.

|
| Flex-i-Liner |
Flex-i-Liner pumps are peristaltic type rotary pumps, for the transfer of caustics, solvents, salts, chlorides and ultrapure chemicals and slurries containing soft solids and abrasives. These sealless, self priming pumps operate in either direction, wet or dry, in any position. Their unique design eliminates shaft seals, stuffing boxes and other potential sources of leakage. Only two non-metallic parts contact fluids – the rugged body block and durable elastomeric flexible liner.

Sealless Centrifugal Pumps
| Model A7 |
Chemical Pumps
For use with: Ammonium Nitrate, Ammonium Sulphate, Caustic, Corn Processing – Starch, Hydrochloric Acid, Kaolin Clay, Magnesium Hydroxide, Molten Sulphur, Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Scrubber and Contaminated Water, Sugar Solutions, Sulphuric Acid, Urea Melt, Waste Fuel.
|
 |
|
| Slurry Pumps |
Chemical Slurry Pumps
For use with: Phosphoric Acid, Potash, Waste Fuels
Solutions combining abrasive and corrosive properties can make pump selection difficult. Common chemical pumps are too light and slurry pumps often lack corrosion resistance. The Wilfley Model HD and K pumps are designed specifically for these applications. Additionally the patented DryLock cartridge seal insures leak-less operation without the expense and frustration associated with conventional packing and mechanical seals.
Wilfley Slurry Pumps are available in a wide variety of proprietary alloys, standard metals and elastomers. Wilfley Slurry Pumps have side suctions for quick and easy maintenance.
For use with: Aggregate, Cement, Coal, Copper, Iron Ore, Lime, Nickel.

Canned Motor Pumps
|
Halla Range |
Sealless Canned Motor Pumps are leak proof and explosion proof because the shaft is located completely inside the pump and there are no mechanical shaft seals that can degrade and leak during operation. Since Sealless Canned Motor Pumps integrate the motor and pump in one housing, the size is very compact, often half that of other pumps. Savings in both installation costs and floor space are achievable with these units.
Sealless Canned Motor Pumps require very little maintenance. Simply change the bearing during annual maintenance checks or when the bearing monitor indicates. These units are easily maintained with relatively unskilled labour. Because these units have no motor fans or ball bearings, and the shaft is completely enclosed, Seallesss Canned Motor Pumps have a very low noise output below 60dBA and very little vibration.
Applications: Ammonia, Cryogenic liquids, hot water, hot oil, and many other processes where leakage through seals is unacceptable.

Submersible Pumps
|
U 3 K NIRO |
The U 3 K NIRO (stainless steel) meets many requirements in a single pump. They may be safely used in sumps for lifting sewage from dishwashers and washing machines. They are safe to run dry, and are portable. For sumps there is a guide rail system available which provides easy removal for routine maintenance and inspection.

|
| U 6 K NIRO |
|
The ideal pump for all drainage work. Lightweight, compact and easily portable, this unit can be relied upon for efficient and trouble free operation in lift wells, garden fountains, greenhouses, basements, pumpwells and reservoirs. It is especially suitable for swimming pools, effluent and similar environments where aluminium alloy and mild steel components would be subject to premature corrosion.

|
| Jung Multicut |
Multicut Submersible Pumps are ideally suited for sewage and waste disposal in residential areas of low population. The small bore discharge pipe can be laid to follow the natural contours of the ground. The liquid flows into the impeller through a rigid, perforated cutter plate. The sharpened three bladed cutter, rotating in front of the inlet, shears any solids present. The cutter plate rejects any material such as stones or metal that it is unable to cut. The triangular cutter blade reduces all solids to a suitable size for pumping. This renders the system virtually free from clogging or blockages.

|
| TMB 3 Aerator |
The TMB 3 Submersible Motorised Aerator is an especially compact and efficient apparatus for circulation and aeration of wastewater in the activated sludge stage of small SBR clarification plants. The TMB 3 can also be used for aeration in chemical engineering processes or for pond and garden technology. TMB 3 resistance and suitability must be checked prior to application.
Notes:
Low power consumption
Ultra-fine bubble insertion
Safe to run dry
Careful handling of activated sludge
Inlet socket ø 32 mm

| Oxynaut |
The Oxynaut pro can be used for retrofitting of existing multi-chamber tanks as well as for new, fully biological small sewage treatment plants for up to 16 people. The unit is completely pre-assembled and can be installed and commissioned in just a few easy steps. Its modular construction makes it easy to use and offers great benefits for maintenance and servicing.
The Oxynaut pro offers many advantages:
- Best treatment performance - Biological treatment performance of up to 99 percent, with reliable nitrogen removal.
- Ideal mixing - by moving submersible aerator.
- Versatile and individually adjustable - The Oxynaut pro is suitable for retrofitting of existing tanks or new installations, with concrete or plastic tanks, for up to 16 population equivalents (PE).
- Plug-Ready - The pre-assembled modules can be installed in just a few steps - the Oxynaut pro is immediately ready for use.
- Silent Operation - All technical equipement is installed inside the treatment tank - no noise or vibrations in the house.
- Economical - The Oxynaut pro is very economical in terms of power consumption. The economy mode recognises low inflows and switches to energy-saving mode. Beyond that, desludging periods are extended due to the large volume of the sludge storage.
- Approved with first class effluent values - Approved by the German Institute for Structural Engineering (DIBt Z-55.3-61), Berlin for two effluent classes:
- Class C - DIBt Approval Z-55.3-212 - removal of COD/BOD/SS and Ammonium.
- Class D - DIBt Approval Z-55.3-211 - additional removal of Total Nitrogen .
- Low maintenance and spare parts costs - All units are easy to access and can be pulled out for maintenance. All used components have no wear items - nothing to be exchanged regularly.
- Reliable operation - The control unit monitors itself and all approved JUNG PUMPEN components .

Gear Pumps
|
MAAG Pumps |
MAAG gear pumps are manufactured in Switzerland. They are renowned for their high quality and reliability, and are mainly used for chemical transfer duties, especially if there are high temperatures, viscosities and pressures involved.

|
| Zenith Pumps |
Acromet are the Australian distributor for Zenith precision gear pumps (USA). Zenith gear pumps use very small clearances between gears and the housing to meter fluids very accurately in a pulseless action. Generally used for low flow rates (<1000 l/hr), as maximum running speed is up to 300 rpm.

Magnetic Driven Pumps
|
Magnetic Driven |
Magnetically Driven Centrifugal Pumps work on the principle of the attraction between two concentric magnets. The lack of a seal and the complete separation between the motor and the pump guarantees the total absence of leaks or contamination of the pump liquid by external elements. The pumps are available in a range of designs from centrifugal to turbine to API.
