From 16 gr/hr to 40 kg/hr, Acromet’s Gas Chlorination system offers a variety of options including vacuum and pressure manifold systems with configurations from single bottle to multiple bottle systems and tonne container connections. These systems also include accessories such as gas detectors, auto-valves, manifolds and analytical instruments.

CL-Series

The CL Series of Gas Chlorinators is similar in operation to the CLM Series, however, the CL Series offers the rate valve and meter as a separate item which can be mounted in a more convenient position and offers additional safety with no glass parts in a position to be dropped during bottle changes. The ejector can be located wherever plumbing and hydraulic conditions make it most suitable. Visual indication of empty / closed bottle with flag and simple reset.

Auto-changeover systems

CL-Series

The CL Auto-Changeover chlorinator is a vacuum operated system designed to automatically switch from an empty cylinder to a full cylinder whilst un-attended. Two regulators each containing an integral and independent latching mechanism, are mounted directly to the cylinder valves, a remote meter with rate adjustment is located in a convenient position. The auto-changeover system also boasts an additional back flow pressure relief / vent valve.

Suitable for both cylinder, wall manifold or tonne container mounting.

Auto Valves

AV-Series

The AV-Series offers a flexible approach to automating your gas flow, whether you require flow pacing, residual control or compound loop control the AV-Series offers all of the above with more. A 4 point calibration means that accuracy can be guaranteed over the whole gas range. The Auto-valve offers a simple and low maintenance approach. Outputs include a 4-20mA output as well as digital outputs which can be configured for alarm on flow / residual.

Leak Detectors

The most common use for a gas detector is for the safe monitoring of Chlorine Gas in applications such as Industry and Water Treatment (both Potable and Waste). This gas detector is known as the SLD Series Chlorine Gas Detector which has a fast detection response for warning of potential danger to personnel. The option of having an uninterrupted power supply for peace of mind also exists. This style of gas detector is not limited to only Chlorine but also Sulphur, Ammonia and most other types of common gases.

Vacuum Alarms

A useful option for your gas chlorination system is a vacuum alarm switch that offers alarm on empty bottle / loss of vacuum / blocked ejector. Offering a RED digital display of vacuum with 2 x Latching relays allowing for external alarms/ signalling.

WG-602 Amperometric Water Quality Analyser

A simple and user-friendly amperometric, free chlorine residual analyser that is an immediate success with operators who recognise the need for advanced yet still easy to use water analysis. WG-702 Colorimetric Water Quality Analyser

The WaterGuard WG-702 is the one analyser that will handle all your water analysis needs. With interchangeable sensors and a flexible, easy to use design, the WaterGuard colorimetric WG-702 provides the optimal solution for water quality.

Extremely accurate, WaterGuard functions well even in difficult water conditions such as: sewage water, sea water and water of high turbidity. The entire system, including electrodes, is protected against random water shut-off and automatically resumes operation without delay!
